Definitions.

(a)

As used in this act:

(xiv)

"Marihuana" means all parts of the plant of the genus Cannabis, whether growing or not; the seed thereof; the resin extracted
from any part of the plant; and
, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph,

every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin.

"Marihuana"
does not include
:

(A)

he mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil or cake, or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination;

or

(B)

Any
compound, manufacture
,
derivative, mixture or preparation
from the plant that consists primarily of cannabidiol and contains less than fifteen one

hundredths of one percent (0.15%) of tetrahydrocannabinol.
