Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Registration.

(d)

Every registrant of pesticides or device shall pay an annual registration fee of
seventy

five dollars ($75.00)
ninety dollars ($90.00)

each for every product registered. All registrations shall expire on December 31 of each year, following the date of the registration, and may thereupon be renewed for successive periods of twelve (12) months upon payment of the proper
fee.
