Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

owner shall provide
notice of transfer of ownership of
any well

to the commission
at least thirty (30) days prior to the transfer
. The commission shall provide notice of the transfer to each county where
any

well is located.
All records provided to
the commission or to any
county under this subsection are privileged and confidential commercial information for purposes of the Wyoming Public Records Act, W.S. 16
