Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

The board shall meet not less than two (2) times each year. At the initial meeting of the board, the board shall elect a chairman. The board is authorized to hire an executi

shall be located in Sweetwater county unless otherwise directed by the board.
