This article is repealed effective July 1,

The joint minerals, business and economic development interim committee shall study the office of the consumer advocate and the repeal
of the article as
provided by this act. The committee shall
submit any legislation related to the study under this section
for consideration during the 2017 general session of the legislature.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
