2016 STATE OF WYOMING 16LSO-0421 Introduced 1.2 SENATE FILE NO. SF0098 Food freedom act-sales locations. Sponsored by: Senator(s) Dockstader and Representative(s) McKim A BILL for AN ACT relating to the marketing and sale of homemade foods; specifying applicability of the food freedom act; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1 . W.S. 11 ‑ 49 ‑ 103(c) by creating a new paragraph ( vi ) is amended to read: 11 ‑ 49 ‑ 103 . Wyoming Food Freedom Act; purpose; exemptions; assumption of risk . (c) Transactions under this section shall: (vi) Be permitted at a retail outlet selling homemade foods located at the ranch, farm or home where the food is produced. Section 2 . This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution. (END) 1 SF0098
