quires the Supreme Court, on behalf of itself and the Circuit Courts, to submit standard and supplemental budget requests to the Legislature not later than November 1 of the year preceding the fiscal year in which the standard or supplemental budget is to take effect.
The act r
equires the same of each District Court for its budget.

The act r
equires the courts to prepare the personal services budget requests using the same methods and practices as the executive branch.
