Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Fees for copies and searches; authorized expenditure of funds

(a)

The department of health shall in accordance with guid
elines imposed upon boards and commissions under W.S. 33

201, prescribe reasonable fees for certified copies of certificates or records or for a search of the files or
records when no copy is made. Fees collected shall be deposited into the general fund.
