Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

(e)

The department shall issue:

For a fee
established by rule of the commission

lifetime pioneer

resident deer, antelope, wild turkey or elk license to any resident who is at least seventy (70) years of age prior to the issuance of the license and has continuously resided in Wyoming for at least fifty (50) years immediately preceding application for the license
