A BILL

AN ACT relating to state, University of Wyoming, community college and school district employees; requiring salaries and benefits to be subject to any general compensation reduction approved by the legislature; and providing for an effective date.

For purposes of this section:

the cash remuneration paid to a state employee
in a calendar year, including
employee
retirement
contributions

and any other employee benefits provided by the employer
;

reduction approved by the legislature

District board generally; duties.

(a)

The community college district board shall:
