A BILL

AN ACT relating to the Hathaway scholarship program; repealing a provision excluding certain noncitizens from scholarship eligibility; providing applicability; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1

Section 2

This act shall apply to Hathaway scholarships available to eligible high school students graduating school year 2016

2017 and each year thereafter.

Section 3

This act is effective
immediately upon completion of all acts nec

essary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyo

ming Constitution.
