Summary/Major Elements:

For purposes of applying for any game and fish license, permit or tag, an applicant may be required to submit personally identifiable information. This act requires the Game and Fish Commission to establish a process by which the applicant may designate as public personally identifiable information.

This
act specifies personally identifiable information not designated as public, or not otherwise public by law, shall be solely for the use of the Game and Fish Department or appropriate law enforcement offices and is not a public record.

The act defines "personally identifiable information" to include an applicant's electronic mail address, date of birth, telephone number, driver's license number, social security number, passport number, sportsmen identification number or tax identification number or any part of any of the preceding information.
