Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Violations in general; penalties.

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a
ny person violating any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00

is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not to exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00), imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both.
