sex offender registration to include persons convicted as an accessory before the fact for a criminal offense for which registration is required

By defining "offender" to include
accessories
, the bill requires those offenders to
:

egister with the sheriff of the co
unty the offender resides in;

Provide notice to the sheriff of a change of address;

Provide information to the sheriff regarding change in employment of enrollment status at an education institution;

Provide information to the sheriff regarding any changes, modifications or other information necessary to keep r
egistration information current; and

Provide notice to the sheriff of travel outside of the United States.
