Remote depositions.

The court may authorize a deposition to be taken
remotely

by communication over
telephone or
through
other electronic
means
. If a remote deposition is authorized under this section, the court may also authorize the witness to be sworn in over telephone or
through
other electronic means
if the
officer or other person swearing in the witness is not in the same location as the witness
.
