Immunity from personal liability.

Any person reporting information to the board under oath and members, agents, investigators and employees of the board are immune from personal liability with respect to acts done and actions taken in good faith without fraud or malice.

Definitions.

(a)

As used in this act:

(a)

The board may withhold, deny, revoke
,

or
suspend
or place on probation
, and set the terms of that probation,
any certificate or license issued or applied for in accordance with the provisions of this act upon proof that the certificate or license holder or applicant:

(b)

The board may impose an administrative fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each violation of this act in lieu of, or in conjunction with, any other disciplinary action.

(c)

The board may require the certificate or license holder or applicant to pay the board's costs and expenses for the investigation and prosecution of each violation, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Any costs, expenses or fees required under this section are in addition to any fines imposed under subsection (b) of this section.

No certificate or license may be
withheld, denied,
suspended

or placed on probation, and no administrative fines shall be imposed,
unless there has been a hearing in conformity with the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
