Sponsored by: Senator(s) Meier, Dockstader and Hicks A BILL for AN ACT relating to water; removing any requirement for a watershed study for small water projects; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1 . W.S. 99 ‑ 3 ‑ 1903( k)(viii)(A) is amended to read: 99 ‑ 3 ‑ 1903 . Level III construction projects – new development. (k) Project ‑ Small Water Development Projects ‑ 2014: (viii) Special conditions: (A) The commission shall establish eligibility criteria and administration procedures for development of small projects . The eligibility c riteria shall not include any requirement for a watershed study ; Section 2 . This act is effective July 1, 201 7 . (END) 1 SF0162
