Tuition to be as nearly free as possible; number, qualifications and selection of students for
reduced tuition; tuition for veterans, their spouses and children; reciprocal residency; tuition and fees for nonresidents.

(h)

A student who does not qualify for resident tuition under this section
shall pay a rate at least ten percent (10%) higher than the rate of resident tuition.
If the University of Wyoming establishes a separate nonresident fee schedule, nonresident fees shall be established at a rate
at least ten percent (10%) higher than
the resident fee rate.

Powers and duties of the commission.

(a)

The commission shall perform the following general functions:

(ii)

Establish tuition rates for the community colleges
, provided that the nonresident tuition rate shall be
at least ten percent (10%) higher than
the resident tuition rate

(a)

The community college district board may:

Charge and collect fees and tuition
