Children; penalty for violations.

(a)

Any person employing any child or children in violation of the provisions of this
act
chapter
, or any child, subject hereto, who willfully and intentionally
violates the provisions of this

, or any person who permits a violation,
shall be deemed

guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined

punishable by a fine of
not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00)

Nothing in this
