A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to administration of government; requiring public reports on state spending and revenues as specified; requiring the posting of state entity requests and contracts for supplies and services as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

General services division.

(b)

For the purpose of
this subsection the term "agencies" does not include the University of Wyoming, community college districts, or school districts. It does not include the department of transportation except as to paragraphs (xi), (xii)
,

and
(xiii)
and (xxiv)
of this subsection. The department through the general services division shall:

Make available for public inspection on the Wyoming public finance and expenditure of funds website created by W.S. 9

1036(a) a copy of any request for bids or proposals by an agency for supplies or services or any contract or other agreement
entered into
by an agency for supplies or services.

(c)

The department shall:

(iv)

Post or provide a link on the website to any public financial information specifically required by law to be made available for inclusion on the website.

(d)

The department may:

(ii)

Determine what public financial information shall be provided by participating state entities,
subject to subsection (h) of this section and

provided that the public financial information:

(h)

Each participating state entity shall provide to the department for inclusion on the website quarterly reports accounting for all revenues
, regardless of source,
received by the participating state entity that qualify as public financial information.
