Sponsored by: Representative(s) Biteman, Clem, Edwards and Lone and Senator(s) Hicks A BILL for AN ACT relating to public health and safety; removing limits on the number of beds that can be added by nursing care facilities; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1 . W.S. 35 ‑ 2 ‑ 906 (b), (c), (f) and (g) is repealed. Section 2 . This act is effective July 1, 201 8 . (END) 1 HB0183
