Subject: Highway designation. Summary/Major Elements: Designates State Highway 28, from the Fremont County line northeast to the boundary of the Shoshone National Forest, as the “Wyoming Women’s Suffrage Pathway.” Comments: Requires the Department of Transportation to install signs identifying the Wyoming Women’s Suffrage Pathway. ORIGINAL Senate File No . SF0060 ENROLLED ACT NO. 30, SENATE SIXTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2018 Budget Session AN ACT relating to highways; designating the Wyoming Women's Suffrage Pathway; requiring signage; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1 . W.S. 24 ‑ 1 ‑ 136 is created to read: 24 ‑ 1 ‑ 136 . Wyoming Women ' s Suffrage P athway ‑ highway designation. State highway 28 from the Fremont county line northeast to the boundary of the Shoshone national forest shall be known as the " Wyoming Women ' s Suffrage Pathway. " Section 2 . The depart ment of transportation shall install appropriate signage, in compliance with applicable federal and state law, to identify the Wyoming Women ' s Suffrage Pathway. Section 3 . This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary fo r a bill to become law as provided by Artic le 4, section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution .
