Special management permit.

(a)

The commission may by rule and regulation define those special management programs which require additional expenditures for the propagation, stocking or feeding of wildlife, for designated trophy management areas and for hunting and fishing field development. Any person
participating
in a special management program shall be required to purchase
a
one (1) or more
special management
permit

for the program

permits
pursuant to
rule and regulation of the commission
.

(b)

Special management permits may be purchased from the department or
its
authorized selling agents for
fifteen dollars ($15.00) plus the applicable fee under W.S. 23
‑

‑
701 and

a fee established by rule and regulation of the commission not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). Permits issued under this section
shall be valid for one (1) calendar year.
