AN ACT relating to the department of workforce services; requiring the department to promote retirements savings as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Department of workforce services; duties and responsibilities; agreements with other agencies authorized; definition; merger with department of employment.

(g)

The department shall take appropriate steps to:

(vi)

Assist the Wyoming workforce development council and the state youth council in pursuing their missions and goals;
and

(viii)

Promote and provide information about current and potential retirement savings opportunities and strategies available to employers, employees and workers in the state.
