No hospital within a hospital district or rural health care district shall refuse to treat or provide services to a person solely because the person is not immunized due to a religious objection or medical contraindication. As used in this section, "hospital" means as defined in W.S. 35

Section 2.

The department of health shall promulgate rules to implement this section by July 1, 2020.

Section 3.

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.

(b)

Section 1 of this act is effective July 1, 2020.
