Conflict of law; exemption.
(a)
If the provisions of this act conflict with any other statute, the provisions of this act shall control.
(b)
This act shall not apply to the state loan and investment board when meeting solely for the purpose of receiving education or training provided that the board shall take no action regarding public business during the meeting.

This act is effective July 1, 2020
