Electric utility requirements.

(a)

An electric utility:

(iv)

May enter into a contract with a customer

generator consistent with the provisions of this article relating to the use, maintenance, cost, payment or any other feature of the net metering system provided that the contract does not impose costs on other customers;

(v)

May authorize a customer
‑
generator to use a net metering system that has a generating capacity of more
than twenty
‑
five (25) kilowatts provided that the use does not impose costs on other customers. If an electric utility authorizes the use of a net metering system under this paragraph then all terms and conditions regarding use and operation of the system shall be provided for in a contract between the customer

generator and the electric utility.
