(d)
The department shall issue without charge lifetime bird, small game and fish licenses
that shall remain valid so long as the licensee remains a Wyoming resident
to
:
(i)
A
ny resident
or honorably discharged veteran
who is over sixty
‑
five (65) years and who has
continuously
resided in Wyoming for at least
the
thirty (30)
total
years
.
