Theft statute-amendment.

Clarifies the elements of the crime of theft.
Summary/Major Elements:
This act adds an "or" after the penultimate provision in the crime of theft to clarify that the elements are disjunctive.
When the theft statutes were amended and consolidated during the 2020 Budget Session, the "or" was inadvertently omitted; this act corrects that error.
