Expenditure authority for Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.

Permits the Department, with legislative approval, to expend up to sixty percent (60%)—an increase from thirty percent (30%) in current law—of the funds in the account for maintenance and operational costs associated with outdoor recreation areas and facilities.

As in current law, no funds may be used for additional full-time employees, for increases in salaries or for overtime pay for full-time employees.

The above summary is not an official publication of the Wyoming Legislature and is not an official statement of legislative intent.

While the Legislative Service Office endeavored to provide accurate information in this summary, it should not be relied upon as a comprehensive abstract of the bill.
