A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to department of health facilities; specifying an end date for the joint legislative and executive task force on department of health facilities; reverting appropriated funds; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1
.

The joint legislative and executive task force on department of health facilities, created in 2014 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 26, Section 329 as amended by 2015 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 142, Section 329 as continued by 2016 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 97, Section
4 and as continued by 2017 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 78, Section 2 shall terminate on October 1, 2021.

Section 2.

2017 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 78, Section 2(f) and (g) is amended to read:

(f)

All funds remaining from the forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) appropriated by 2016 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 97, Section 4(h) from the general fund to the legislative service office for the purpose of funding salary, mileage and per diem of legislative members of the task force are reappropriated to the legislative service office and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on
June 30 of the year following the year in which construction and renovation at the Wyoming state hospital and Wyoming life resource center is complete and the facilities are occupied
October 1, 2021

(g)

There is appropriated twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) from the general fund to the legislative service office. This appropriation shall only be expended for the purpose of funding salary, mileage and per diem of legislative members of the task force. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this appropriation shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on
June 30 of the year following the year in which construction and renovation at the Wyoming state hospital and Wyoming life resource center is complete and the facilities are occupied

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution
