A BILL
for
AN ACT relating to the administration of the government; naming the Casper state office building; specifying applicability; and providing for an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
Section 1
.
The Casper state office building located at 444 West Collins Drive in Casper, Wyoming shall be known as the "John Wold State Office Building." The state building commission shall install appropriate signage to identify the John Wold State Office Building.
Section 2.
This act shall supersede any other purported naming of the Casper state office building located at 444 West Collins Drive in Casper, Wyoming.
Section 3
.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
