Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Hank Coe Leadership Highway.

State highway 120

between mile marker 80.5 and mile marker 100.5
shall be known as the "Hank Coe Leadership Highway"
commemorating the leadership and public service of Henry Huttleston Rogers "Hank" Coe.

Section 2
.

The department of transportation shall install appropriate signage, in compliance with applicable federal and state law, to identify the Hank Coe Leadership Highway.
The department of transportation may accept any donations or contributions from any political subdivision specifically given to the department to assist in the installation of signage required under this section.

Section 3.

There is appropriated two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800.00) from the general fund to the department of transportation for the installation of signage as required under section 2 as created by this act. This appropriation shall be reduced in proportion to any donation or contribution of funds by any political subdivision as authorized by this act. This appropriation shall only be expended for the purposes of this act and shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose. Any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on June 30, 2022.
