Sale,

or acquisition of edible and inedible portions of, game animals, game birds, game fish or wild bison.

(a)

N
o person shall sell, barter,
or
dispose of for pecuniary consideration or advantage
,
or obtain by sale or barter any edible portion of any game animal, game bird
,

or
game fish
or wild bison
in this state except as permitted by this act.

(b)

A person may sell, barter, dispose of for pecuniary consideration or advantage or obtain by sale or barter any inedible portion of a big game animal or wild bison lawfully taken by a licensed hunter consistent with the requirements of this act and subject to any other applicable state or federal statutes or regulations. Under this subsection "inedible portion" means all remaining parts of a processed big game animal or wild bison as further defined by rule of the commission.
