(b)

Criminal trespass is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of

(a)

Unless otherwise specified, a
ny person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any offense under this act may be fined, sentenced to the county jail, or both, as follows:
