Fees.

(b)

Criminal justice agencies which fingerprint applicants at the request of noncriminal justice agencies for criminal history record information may charge a
reasonable fee of not more than
five dollars ($5.00)
ten dollars ($10.00)
for fingerprinting.

Fees collected under this subsection shall be credited to the state general fund or to the general fund of the appropriate county or municipality.
