No governmental entity or public employee shall force, require or coerce a person to receive an immunization or vaccination for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), first detected in Wuhan, Hubei province, People's Republic of China, or influenza against the person's will, nor shall the state health officer include them in any required immunization under W.S. 21

(a)

As used in this article:

Section 3.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
