Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Civil service commission; offices; clerk; preliminary expenses.

The governing body shall furnish the commission's necessary offices, office furniture, books, stationery, blanks, printing, heat, light and any other supplies. The city clerk
or the clerk's designee
is ex officio clerk of the
commissions
commission
without extra compensation. Expenses incurred before the adoption of the next budget following the organization of any commission may be defrayed from any funds available or included in the next budget.
