Residence requirement.

A person petitioning for a change of name shall have been a bona fide resident of
the county in which the petition is filed
Wyoming
for at least
two (2) years
six (6) months
immediately preceding filing the petition.

Section 2
.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
