Filed

Plain English: The amendment adds the requirement that gaming or pari-mutuel commission members and staff must have no financial interest as defined in Wyoming Statute 11-25-104(d) in activities regulated by the commission.

  • Adds 'financial' before 'interest' to clarify that the interest is a financial one.
  • Inserts reference to W.S. 11-25-104(d), which specifies what constitutes a financial interest.
  • The amendment assumes familiarity with Wyoming Statute 11-25-104(d) and does not provide the full text of this statute, so readers need to look it up separately for complete understanding.
