Adopted

Plain English: The amendment changes the bill to allow a board of cooperative educational services (BOCES) to act as a local education agency without specifying that it is a school.

  • Adds language after 'services' on pages 1 and 2, allowing BOCES authorized under W.S. 21-20-102 to operate as a local education agency.
  • Removes the word 'school' from several places in the bill text.
  • The amendment does not specify what changes will be made through rulemaking or conforming amendments mentioned in the original bill title.
