Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

(b)
There is created the state board of parole which consists of seven (7) members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate, in accordance with W.S. 28

No person shall be appointed as a member of the board who has not been a resident of the state of Wyoming for at least two (2) years immediately before the person's appointment and shall be a resident throughout the member's term.
Not more than seventy

five percent (75%) of the members shall be of the same political party. Members of the board shall be appointed for six (6) year terms. The governor may remove any board member as provided in W.S. 9

This act shall apply to all members appointed or reappointed to the board on or after July 1, 2023.
