Definitions.
(a)
The definitions contained in this chapter apply to words and phrases used in this Election Code and govern the construction of those words and phrases unless they are specifically modified by the context in which they appear. As used in this Election Code:

"Acceptable identification" means:

For purposes of in person voter identification immediately before voting at a polling place or absentee polling place, any of the following
forms of identification provided that the identification is not expired and includes a photograph of the voter

If any of the forms of identification used by a voter under subparagraph (B) of this section does not include the current address of the voter in Wyoming, the voter shall also be required to provide two (2) documents showing the residence of the voter. Acceptable documents shall be specified by rule of the secretary of state provided that acceptable documents shall include the name and physical address of the voter and may include a utility bill, rent receipt, insurance policy, telephone bill, mortgage document, vehicle registration, pay stub or tax document.
