Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Requirements as to newspaper publishing legal notices; website publication of legal notices.
(c)
When a legal notice is required under this section to be published in a newspaper, the newspaper publishing the legal notice shall also publish the legal notice on a statewide website established and maintained by an organization representing a majority of Wyoming newspapers as a digital repository for all legal notices and on a website maintained by the newspaper in a location on the website open and free to the public at no additional cost to the person publishing the legal notice.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
