Custom exempt meat processing; retail sale permitted.

(a)

Any meat processing facility that is licensed as a custom exempt meat processor by the department of agriculture may offer any carcass or meat products for retail sale in Wyoming.

(b)

As used in this section, "custom exempt meat processor" means a licensed facility under the meat inspection program under W.S. 35-7-123(a)(x) that processes carcasses and meat products pursuant to the exemption under 9 C.F.R. 303.1.
