Definitions.

(a)

As used in this article:

(i)

"Opiate antagonist" means
naloxone hydrochloride, narcan or any other brand name used for naloxone hydrochloride
any device or medication
approved by the United States food and drug administration for the treatment of an opiate related drug overdose;

Section 2
.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
