Definitions.

(a)

As used in this act:

(xi)

"Manufacturer" means any person licensed to manufacture or import malt beverages for distribution to distributors licensed in Wyoming
, provided that "manufacturer" shall not include any person licensed to manufacture or import malt beverages who manufactures or imports less than fifty thousand (50,000) barrels of malt beverages per calendar year
