Grounds for cancellation of registration.

(a)

A registered elector's registration shall be cancelled for any one (1) of the following reasons:

(a)

For a primary election, an elector may declare or change party affiliation by completing an application signed before a notarial officer or election official and filing it with the county clerk prior to the first day on which an application for nomination may be filed under W.S. 22

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
