Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

Section 2.

Any measure adopted by the Wyoming department of health requiring general vaccination to prevent or arrest the progress of smallpox pursuant to W.S. 35-4-106 shall be valid before the effective date of this act.
