AN ACT relating to public health and safety; repealing the authority of the Wyoming department of health to adopt measures for vaccination to prevent or arrest the progress of smallpox; repealing penalties; specifying applicability; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 2.

Any measure adopted by the Wyoming department of health requiring general vaccination to prevent or arrest the progress of smallpox pursuant to W.S. 35-4-106 shall be valid before the effective date of this act.
