Peace officer standards and training commission account; expenditures.

(a)

There is created the peace officer standards and training commission account. Funds in the account shall be invested by the state treasurer in accordance with law, provided that the investments are made to ensure sufficient liquidity for the commission to implement this act. The account shall consist of all funds and earnings deposited into the account from whatever source.

(b)

No funds shall be expended from the account except upon legislative appropriation. Funds in the account shall be expended only by the commission for purposes of implementing this act.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided, the following fees shall accompany each application for the registration of a vehicle:

In addition to any fee required under this subsection, a peace officer standards and training fee of one dollar ($1.00) for each vehicle for distribution in accordance with W.S. 31
